# Customize Email Quotes: a complete guide to customizing the email estimates to the customer

# Customize Email Quotes (built-in)

You can customize Email Quotes directly in Global Settings—no Zapier required.

## Configure Email Quotes (Global Settings → Email Quotes)
- Set the **subject** and **body** shown in the email.
- Add your **logo/banner** and branding.
- Save changes so they apply to all calculators using Email Quotes.

## Enable on a calculator
1) Open your calculator → **Calculator Settings → Email Settings**.
2) Enable Email Quotes for customers (or admin only, if desired).
3) Save and test by sending a quote.

## Optional: advanced automations
- For custom workflows, you can still use Zapier/Make webhooks, but start with the native Email Quotes first.
