###### A: What We Collect

We collect whatever information you choose to be on your form. It also collects their web-browser, IP address, and the user traffic source. You cannot turn this off but you can delete it on user request.

**Typically, that includes:**

* User's Name
* User's Email
* User's Phone Number
* User's IP Address
* User's Browser
* Calculator Total Price
* User traffic source
