**A:** Please follow the steps below to update your invoice, cancel your subscription, or download a previous invoice. 

**Step 1.** - Access your Account in the Members' Portal. Login with the credentials you were given in the email. If you don't have the password, use the **forgot password** link.

**Step 2.** - Go to the **Subscriptions** tab from the left pane of the dashboard. And click the **Update Payment Method** link.

**Step 3. ** - Change the account details that you want to show up on your current and future invoices.

**Step 4.** - Download a new copy of your invoice.
