# Video - Trigger (charge) a fee if a product is selected with conditional logic

If you want to charge a fee for a product chosen, follow these steps.  
  
Step 1. Create a product using a **dropdown** or **checkbox element.**  
Step 2. Add a **Fee & Discount Adjuster** element to the same subsection as the element above.  
Step 3. Add conditional logic to the **Fee Discount Adjuster** element, and make it trigger when the product (above) is selected.
