If you don't remember your password, click forgot password and enter the emial you have used to purchase the license

Step 2

1. Click Subscriptions
2. Click Cancel

Option 2 | FastSpring's Member's Portal

**Step 1. ** Click on Member's Portal (SKIP THIS)

Step 2. Click on FastSpring's Member's Portal
---> https://designful.onfastspring.com/account

Step 3. Enter the email you used to make the purchase. If you forget which email you used, try all of them.

**Step 4. **Check your email (and spam folder) for a link to FastSpring's member portal, where you can cancel the license subscription.

Step 5. Click subscriptions, then manage, then cancel.
