Customize Email Quotes (built-in)

You can customize Email Quotes directly in Global Settings—no Zapier required.

Configure Email Quotes (Global Settings → Email Quotes)

• Set the subject and body shown in the email.
• Add your logo/banner and branding.
• Save changes so they apply to all calculators using Email Quotes.

Enable on a calculator

1) Open your calculator → Calculator Settings → Email Settings.

2) Enable Email Quotes for customers (or admin only, if desired).

3) Save and test by sending a quote.

Optional: advanced automations

• For custom workflows, you can still use Zapier/Make webhooks, but start with the native Email Quotes first.
