Initial steps to fix a broken calculator in the frontend (Important)
Solution
Step 1
(Temporarily) Disable your plugins in groups of three.
The problem went away → send our support agents a message to advise of which plugin is conflicting.
The problem is still there → proceed to step 2.
Step 2
WP Site Health: Are there any critical errors? If so, please fix these issues with your hosting company, server administrator, or WordPress PHP developer.
The problem is still there → proceed to step 3.
Step 3
Fill out a support ticket - send a screenshot of the problem and a screenshot of your diagnostic screen.
