Product Roadmap (Autumn 2025)

Stylish Cost Calculator Premium is currently shipping v9.4.2, so we are keeping the roadmap focused on the features that already exist inside this repository and the incremental work that is underway.

Recently Shipped (9.4.x)

• 9.4.2 (Oct 23, 2025) – Hardening release that unlocked the new beta channel and tightened the PDF, email, and admin interfaces before handing traffic to the AI services.
• 9.4.1 (Oct 21, 2025) – Frontend fixes for hidden unit prices and the automatic country selector, refreshed banner/logo uploads inside the editor, hardened PHP validations, and added quantity support to the itemized list shortcode.
• 9.3.9 (Oct 13, 2025) – Improvements to the slider duplication routines, quote-form stability, template sync, SMTP checks, and tighter Action Scheduler monitoring.
• 9.3.7 (Oct 07, 2025) – Section-subtotal, template, and quote-form polishing plus compatibility mode settings for email delivery (see Global Settings → Email Quotes).

You already have all of the above when you run the plugin from this repository.

In Progress

• AI Wizard UX improvements – The wizard (assets/js/scc-ai-utils.js & admin/models/ai-wizard-model.php) now supports “Intelligent Element Suggester” and Calc Form Optimizer states; we are surfacing more presets and better prompts in upcoming 9.4.x builds.
• Email compatibility mode automation – utils/class-send-post-quote-email.php and ajax-backend.php already implement compatibility logging; our next sprint exposes those toggles directly from the Quote Settings panel.
• Smart URL + embedding polish – smarturl-frontend.js is being refactored alongside the Gutenberg block (gutenberg-block/class-scc-gutenberg-block.php) so editors can grab prefilled links without leaving the builder.

Planning & Research

• Template refresh – Template cards (admin/views/partials/template-loader-page.php) are being redesigned with new verticals so the one-click loader stays relevant for 2025 pricing scenarios.
• Conditional logic analytics – We plan to add lightweight insights so you can see which logic paths fire most often (leveraging existing instrumentation in assets/js/scc-backend.js).
• Documentation clean-up – The Crisp knowledge base import you are reading is part of a multi-wave refresh to keep feature docs updated with the current codebase.

• Share feedback or feature requests via the in-app support button (functions.php injects the floating widget so the team sees your ticket along with diagnostics).
